We want to clarify that our cancellation policy is not designed to penalize anyone who cannot attend. We understand that life happens: from Covid to sick children or last-minute babysitter cancellations, we’ve heard it all. Please keep in mind that escape room reservations are just that—reservations. If you don’t show up or attempt to cancel at the last minute, we typically cannot fill that time slot with another group. Unlike restaurants, we don’t have walk-in guests looking for a table. As a small, family-owned business, cancellations significantly affect us.
Here’s our cancellation policy:
1. **There are absolutely no refunds. All sales are final.** You may reschedule within specific guidelines.
2. **You can reschedule your booking without any additional fee with three days' notice.**
3. **If there’s even a slight chance you may not make your booking but still want to reserve a specific time, use the hold room deposit to secure it.** We will honor a reschedule with three days' notice. Please note that there will be no credits or rescheduling options within 72 hours of your reservation if you only paid the deposit.
4. **If you pay in full and cannot make your scheduled booking without giving three days' notice, you may reschedule by paying a rescheduling fee, as long as it’s not on the day of your visit.** The rescheduling fee is $79.00.
5. **Same-day cancellations will not be rescheduled under any circumstances.**

If our store is closed due to inclimate weather (such as snow), we will allow a full reschedule. In these situations, our staff will contact you via email to inform you that our store is closed and to start the rescheduling process.
If there is inclimate weather where you’re traveling from but our store is still open, please contact us! We want everyone to be safe. These situations will be resolved on a case by case basis.

If you are running late, call us! (860-200-8743) We may still be able to accommodate you. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your game will be subject to a time reduction. We cannot guarantee a full hour of game time as this will interrupt other bookings which isn’t fair to those to arrive on time.
